Order Processing

  • Our goal is to give our clients a smooth and effective order processing experience.

  • We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery Timelines

  • The typical shipping period for your order is 3 to 7 working days after it leaves our warehouse.

  • Please be aware that orders shipping to J&K, military installations, rural domestic addresses, and North India will take an extra 2 or more days to arrive.

  • We collaborate with India's top logistics companies to guarantee prompt and easy delivery of your order.

  • You can track your order at any moment using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Failed Deliveries (Unavailable or Invalid Address)

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or if an invalid shipping address was provided, the courier will return the package back to our warehouse.

  • The package will only be resent once the address and availability are confirmed with our team via email or WhatsApp.

  • Please note: Shipping costs for resending the package will be charged separately.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Rejections

  • If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery due to any reason, the customer is responsible for bearing the courier charges for both ways.

  • A minimum charge of Rs. 200/- will be applied for rejected COD orders.
